Today, it is the largest media specialist network in the Middle East in terms of billings. It has offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, and North Africa. It specializes in the management of its clients’ media investments in terms of planning and buying, as well as providing strategic communication consultancy services through its teams and specialist service units.

We are currently seeking a Senior Executive – SEO to join our team at our Dubai HQ in Media City.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute organic search strategies
  • Identify opportunities by analysing data from various sources and analytics platforms to ensure organic traffic opportunities are maximized
  • Ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including SEO audits to identify technical issues, keyword research and mapping, metadata development, On-Page, Off-Page, and SEO content ideation and planning
  • Monitoring Site Performance
  • Link building and outreach management
  • Conversion rate optimization
  • In depth Competitive Analysis and keeping up with industry changes
  • A/B Testing
  • Build and execute On-page SEO strategies based on keywords, current ranking, competitor analysis, DA etc. to sustain and achieve top organic and Google Map Rankings
  • Build and execute detailed Off-page SEO strategies including backlinking and publishing blogs and articles on high authority websites
  • Daily use of reporting, analytics, and trending SEO tools
  • Advise clients around organic search knowledge, and recommendations
  • Experience with on-site technical SEO, local listings & reputation sites, SEO tools, content strategy development incl. social media, content, and Ecommerce SEO
  • Integration with SEM processes
  • Experience working on English and Arabic SEO is required

  • SEO tools (e.g. Xenu, IIS toolkit, Screaming Frog, Pingdom, SEO toolbars)
  • Google Insights & Trends, MOZ analytics and insights, Majestic SEO
  • Google Analytics, Omniture
  • Google Webmaster Tools (and understanding of competitors)
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google AdWords
  • SEMrush or similar
  • Visual Website Optimizer

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar or related role
  • Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills
  • Fluency in both English and Arabic
  • working knowledge and understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong technical SEO experience, being comfortable with various CMS platforms and the ability to troubleshoot and solve various issues common with these systems
  • Comfortable managing client communication alongside with team members
  • Graphic design and/or programming ability is advantageous
  • Knowledge in other areas of digital marketing such as Social Media Monitoring, SEM, Display and Affiliate marketing
  • Knowledge of digital publishing platforms (e.g. social networks, blogs, CMS, wikis etc.)
